Holy Communion August 30
We will be celebrating the sacrament of Holy Communion this Sunday, August 30th at the 9:30 and 11 am services for both in person and online worship! We remember and celebrate the marvelous victory Jesus Christ has won for us when we receive the elements — the body & blood of Christ! In order to keep everyone safe we will be using individual packaged elements. If you would like to participate from home with our online option you can pick up your own individually packed elements for communion on Saturday, August 29th from 2 to 4 pm. Longtime CUMC members Chris & Ken Maricle will be under the canopy on the east side of the church to greet you, hear how you are doing and give you your elements to use for online worship — this is one more way of keeping connected with each other in the body of Christ. You can always provide your own juice and bread at home as well too.
